About the Role

PharmaCann LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Packaging Technician. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient packaging of our cannabis products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Lead and Supervisor of Packaging in packaging dried cannabis products, meeting daily and weekly objectives.
  • Operate equipment and machinery to package dried cannabis products, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • Execute objectives to achieve desired quality and consistency in packaging.
  • Organize and report data entries to spreadsheets and logs, ensuring accuracy and legibility.
  • Meet daily quotas and maintain productivity levels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting other departments with tasks such as post-harvest and production.
Training and Development
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge in packaging and production.
  • Understand and comply with state and federal regulations regarding cannabis production.
Work Environment
  • Work in a fast-paced production environment, adhering to GMP model certification standards.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times during scheduled shifts.
  • Perform regular cleaning and maintenance on work surfaces, tools, and equipment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of work experience in a related industry or work environment preferred.
  • Commercial cannabis and/or packaging experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds occasionally.
