Key Responsibilities:
  • CA Server Automation and CA ITCM expertise

  • Point of escalation for diagnosing and resolving customer impacting issues

  • Support for applications that support the Managed Services ATM fleet and Cash and Logistics
  • Coordination of cross-functional departments to identify project issues and monitor action items
  • Patch deployment scheduling and validation of systems after patching
  • Maintenance of technical support documentation and creation of new documentation as needed
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of IT experience in a technical production support role
  • CA Server Automation and CA ITCM knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with SQL for Oracle or SQL Server
  • Solid experience with scripting in PowerShell
  • Microsoft Desktop Services and Virtual Services expertise
  • Agile and DevOps environment experience
  • Certifications in ITIL production support best practices
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Splunk and ExtraHop
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent
