Staff Power Integrity Engineer

Arm is seeking a highly skilled Staff Power Integrity Engineer to join our System-in-Package Integration team. As a key member of this team, you will collaborate closely with IP, SoC Design, Package Design, Signal Integrity, and Systems teams to develop innovative power integrity solutions.
This role requires a strong passion for engineering and a deep understanding of power integrity challenges in leading packaging technologies and semiconductor processes. You will work with external partners to provide guidance on optimum power delivery network management, ensuring seamless collaboration across global teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with design teams to provide expert guidance on active and passive power integrity solutions, reducing IR drop and SSO noise.
- Develop and implement power delivery network solutions for infrastructure-level, automotive, and battery-powered systems.
- Perform power integrity simulation and interpret results for internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, with a strong background in computer architecture and power integrity.
- Significant experience in performance modeling and analysis of SoC systems, with a focus on power integrity.
- Deep understanding of multi-port matrices (S, Y, Z parameters) and electromagnetic extraction methodologies.
- Proficiency in power integrity analysis tools like Cadence Voltus or Ansys RedHawk-SCET.
- Experience in voltage regulator design and operation.
- Signal integrity expertise.
- Ability to navigate package and PCB designs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong willingness to learn and share knowledge with collaborators.
Salary range: $195,542 - $264,557.
