Arm is seeking a highly skilled Staff Power Integrity Engineer to join our System-in-Package Integration team. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with IP, SoC Design, Package Design, Signal Integrity, and Systems teams to develop innovative power integrity solutions.
This role requires a strong understanding of power integrity challenges in leading packaging technologies and semiconductor processes. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to provide guidance on active and passive power delivery enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with design teams to develop power integrity solutions for infrastructure-level, automotive, and battery-powered systems.
- Interact with external partners to provide guidance on optimum power delivery network management.
- Perform power integrity simulation and interpret results for internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering with a strong computer architecture and power integrity background.
- Significant experience in performance modeling and analysis of SoC systems with emphasis on power integrity.
- Deep understanding of multi-port matrices (S, Y, Z parameters).
- Proficiency in power integrity analysis tools like Cadence Voltus or Ansys RedHawk-SCET.
- Experience in voltage regulator design and operation.
- Signal integrity experience.
- Ability to navigate package and PCB designs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong initiative.
Arm offers a competitive salary range of $195,542 to $264,557, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
