We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Homelessness Support Professional to join our team at Community of Hope. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents by enforcing building rules, serving as a member of the emergency response team, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Position
  • This is a part-time position requiring a regular shift from 12am - 8am on Sunday and Monday at The Aya.
  • The pay rate for this position is estimated to be between $17,500 and $18,000 per year, based on a 20-hour workweek.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our case managers to ensure that clients receive the necessary support services. Your passion for social services and commitment to excellence will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • You must be able to remain calm and composed in emergency situations, using good judgment to resolve issues effectively.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Word, Excel, and Google Mail, is also necessary.
  • Experience working in residential environments, particularly with homeless populations, is preferred but not required.
