Your Role:

In this position, you will have a significant impact on our client and their stakeholders. You will engage with clients to gather, comprehend, and monitor their initiatives. Your influence will extend to shaping the IT Strategy and Roadmap, working collaboratively to enhance products, services, and the standardization of IT systems and processes. You will act as a bridge between technology and users, ensuring that requirements are feasible and providing updates on progress towards established objectives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience serving as a liaison between technology and business users.
  • Proven experience in defining, documenting, and managing resource scheduling requirements to ensure resource availability.
  • Experience in developing strategic plans or roadmaps.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying project status and methodologies to team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Ability to analyze and mitigate project risks and challenges.
  • Proficient in managing client expectations and satisfaction while fostering stakeholder relationships.
  • Possession of TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow solutions.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • PMP Certification.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.
