ROLE OVERVIEW
ICBND is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team. The working hours for this role may vary from 7 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts included in the rotation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide advanced digital and online services.
- Manage and process online deposit accounts and consumer loans.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering effective solutions.
- Assist customers through various channels including digital platforms and call center communications.
- Offer customers convenient methods to manage their accounts and meet their financial needs.
- Support all ICBND locations across the region.
The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for addressing both routine and complex customer inquiries regarding consumer products and services, including:
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ensuring first call resolution while adhering to compliance protocols.
- Identifying and recommending products and services that align with customers' financial goals.
- Processing online consumer account and loan applications.
- Completing assigned weekly tasks efficiently.
- Assisting customers in navigating and troubleshooting various online offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants should possess:
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- A general understanding of standard banking transactions and common products and services.
