- Facilitate effective communication between the firmware engineering team and other departments.
- Implement rigorous testing protocols to ensure firmware reliability and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in firmware design and development for embedded platforms or a similar role.
- Significant experience in firmware development with a proven track record of leading firmware projects.
- Deep understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and hardware interfaces.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and assembly.
- Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and hardware debugging tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in the firmware development lifecycle, including best practices for design, testing, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with various communication protocols (e.g., MIPI, SPI, I2C, UART).
- Knowledge of power management techniques and optimization for embedded systems.
