Role Responsibilities:

As the Senior Competitive Intelligence Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting CI initiatives for our expanding oncology portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing competitive insights related to both marketed products and pipeline compounds.
  • Facilitating informed decision-making by providing objective analyses of competitive information.
  • Leading key CI initiatives, including the assessment of competitive dynamics and maintaining comprehensive market landscapes.
  • Organizing workshops focused on competitive strategy.
  • Updating and creating content regarding competitor products and market positioning.
  • Communicating significant competitive insights and their implications to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Providing thorough coverage and analysis of relevant conferences and clinical data.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop function-specific deliverables, such as forecasts and market assessments.
  • Partnering with external agencies to ensure CI projects are executed within defined scopes and budgets.

Travel Requirements:

Willingness to travel 10-20%, including potential international travel.

Qualifications:

Minimum educational requirements include a Bachelor's Degree with eight years of relevant experience, a Master's Degree with six years of experience, or a Ph.D. in a related field.

Preferred Skills:

We seek candidates with a strong background in oncology, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to thrive in a matrixed environment. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are essential, along with a proven ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.

Compensation:
