Position Overview

The Contents Management Team Supervisor is tasked with overseeing and documenting all elements related to the handling and processing of contents on a project. This leadership role involves managing teams within the project framework, auditing documentation, and providing daily reports for project records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess all activities related to content inventory for commercial projects.
  • Oversee the documentation of all content inventory within the project scope.
  • Supervise team members engaged in content inventory tasks.
  • Monitor the progress of all contents through moving, cleaning, or deodorization processes.
  • Document all non-salvageable items within the commercial project.
  • Report daily activities to the Assistant Project Manager.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The ideal candidate will possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to effectively carry out the responsibilities outlined above. Key qualifications include:

  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with others.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal; bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Intermediate problem-solving capabilities.
  • Attention to detail in documenting all contents.
  • Organizational skills at an intermediate level.
  • Experience in cleaning and restoration is preferred.
  • OSHA 30-Hour General Industry training certification is required.
  • Physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Capability to climb ladders and work in elevated or confined spaces.
  • Ability to remain in a standing, sitting, or walking position for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects repetitively.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning products and chemicals.
