Industrial Manufacturing Associate

We are seeking an Industrial Manufacturing Associate to join our team at Magnetic Technologies Corporation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in a fast-paced production environment. As an Industrial Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the setup and operation of lathes, mills, and other machinery, while maintaining high levels of production efficiency.

You will be working closely with our experienced machinists to ensure that all components are made to the highest standards, and that our production process runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Assist machine operators with making components and performing various tasks as required.
• Help set up and operate lathes, mills, grinders, and other machinery to produce high-quality components.
• Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Read and follow written and verbal instructions, as well as company work standards.
• Comply with all safety rules and regulations, wearing personal protective equipment as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• The ability to use precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers, indicators, and calipers.
• Frequent standing, walking, and bending, with occasional lifting of materials up to 70 pounds.
• The willingness to work beyond regular hours if necessary, with on-the-job training and educational assistance provided.

This role involves working in a production environment, where you will be exposed to industrial oils, coolants, solvents, lubricants, adhesives, and other chemicals. All necessary safety precautions will be taken to minimize exposure.

You will also need to be able to sit and stand for extended periods, with some repetitive motion required occasionally.

This role requires:

• Periodic lifting of materials and parts weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Intermittent long periods of sitting and standing.

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
