Manufacturing Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team at Magnetic Technologies Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling coils and solenoids, working at various workstations as production needs require, and gaining proficiency in all processes within a reasonable time frame.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have proven teamwork experience, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to use measuring tools and gauges. You will be expected to maintain a high standard of quality, communicate effectively with the team and leaders, and apply sound problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble coils and solenoids with precision and attention to detail
• Work at different workstations as production demands vary
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Operate industrial trucks or hoists to assist in loading and moving materials
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Safely lift up to 40 pounds unaided and up to 75 pounds with assistance
• Possess good mechanical aptitude and follow standardized work procedures
• Experience with simple hand tools and measuring devices is preferred
