Nuclear Medicine Imaging Specialist

Union General Hospital seeks a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures using radiopharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of radiation safety guidelines and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Cardiology procedures according to established protocols and guidelines.
- Conduct quality control procedures to ensure accurate and safe imaging results.
- Work effectively in a team environment to provide excellent patient care.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of radiation safety guidelines and radiopharmaceuticals.
- Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education Programs in Nuclear Medicine Technology (JRCNMT) or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB).
- Registered nuclear technologist with either the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (Nuclear) ARRT (N) or the Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board (NMTCB-CNMT).
- 1 or more years of experience in Nuclear Medicine.
- ACLS/BLS certification.
- Experience working in a hospital setting.
