Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide medical services, including taking a history and physical examination, and performing appropriate follow-up on patients' medical issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in addiction medicine and the ability to interact with a diverse population.
Responsibilities:- Provide medical services, including taking a history and physical examination, and performing appropriate follow-up on patients' medical issues.
- Provide health counseling services under the supervision of the MD and follow the progress of patients.
- Write drug orders or written transmittal orders and call for refills under the supervision of the Medical Director.
- Must be a Licensed Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in good standing with the State of GA.
- One-year of addiction medicine/MAT experience required.
- Must be able to interact compassionately with a diverse population.
- Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
