About the Role

Adecco is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our client's team. As a key member of the maintenance department, you will be responsible for coordinating inventory management, documentation, and CMMS administration, as well as MRO purchasing and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
  • MRO Purchasing: Order materials for machine repairs and projects, cycle count critical spare parts, manage inventory and reordering for consumable production items, receive materials into the system for invoice processing, reconcile orders/charges, communicate with vendors and contractors, receive and put away incoming materials, notify colleagues of requested items received, and package items for repair.
  • CMMS Administration: Process corrective and preventative maintenance work orders, update PM tasks and schedules, audit completed work orders, generate reports, analyze CMMS data for root cause projects, maintain the CMMS system, and kit materials for upcoming jobs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Assist with 5S initiatives, develop critical spare parts lists, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Engineering or manufacturing degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in a heavy industrial or commercial manufacturing setting
  • Parts room and purchasing experience a plus
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
