Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled School Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at the Dayton Area School Consortium. As a key member of our student services department, you will be responsible for providing essential support to students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans to meet the unique needs of students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students with communication disorders.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication strengths and weaknesses.
  • Provide training and support to teachers and staff on communication strategies and techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.
Requirements
  • School Speech-Language Pathologist licensure required.
  • Successful BCI fingerprinting required.
  • Ability to work with students of diverse ages and abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
