Key Responsibilities
  • Membership Sales and Retention: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive new membership sales and increase retention rates.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fitness center, including staff management, budgeting, and inventory control.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of fitness professionals, including personal trainers, group fitness instructors, and front desk staff.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and products, and to increase brand awareness.

Requirements
