Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare-related roles
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

Benefits:

  • $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
