Job Title: Land Development Project Manager

Job Summary: We're seeking a skilled Land Development Project Manager to oversee various aspects of land development projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Securing timely planning and engineering approvals
  • Managing land development and planning approval schedules
  • Leading a team of consultants to ensure timely project completion
  • Participating in acquisitions and due diligence processes
  • Procuring necessary construction and engineering services

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in project management, preferably in a similar role
  • A solid understanding of land development processes and related disciplines
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in reading various types of maps and engineering plans
  • Experience in the homebuilding and land development industry
