About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Development Manager to join our team at RogueSearch. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for overseeing the land development process, from project planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all land development projects, including community design planning, civil infrastructure, and subcontractor management.
  • Oversee the production and performance of Land Development field operations staff.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Represent the company in interactions with external stakeholders, including developers, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Land development management role, or bachelor's degree in construction management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Land development, or Construction related field.
  • Experience with industry-related technology, such as CAD, Timberline, estimating software, and GPS preferred.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent follow-up, communication, and time management skills.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including spreadsheet analysis, project scheduling, and data management software.
  • Solid and proficient negotiation skills with the ability to be influential and motivating.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment operation.
  • Ability to work with other company departments to build teamwork, harmony, and strong internal communication.
