Main Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate Property Acquisitions: Negotiate the purchase of land, making compelling offers to secure properties under contract.
  • Overcome Objections: Dive deep into the motivations of landowners to sell, overcoming objections with respectful persistence.
  • Grow Acquisitions Pipeline: Consistently follow up with potential sellers to ensure ongoing engagement and grow Scout Land Group's acquisitions pipeline through strategic and effective negotiations.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in sales, particularly in real estate or land acquisition.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Negotiation: Strong negotiation abilities, with the tenacity to push past initial rejections.
  • Self-Motivated: Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Organized: Organized, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up activities.

Compensation and Benefits:
