The FFT Therapist position involves delivering clinical family therapy to foster youth and their families using evidence-based interventions.

This role is essential in ensuring stability in foster placements and promoting permanency for children in care.

Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify key family participants, protective and risk factors, and develop relational analyses.
  • Family Therapy: Provide regular family therapy sessions, adjusting frequency based on clinical needs.
  • Interventions: Address clinical needs through interventions aligned with the FFT FC model.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
  • Engagement Monitoring: Monitor family member engagement and collaborate with supervisor and stakeholders to address barriers to participation.
  • Safety Planning: Develop tailored safety plans to reduce risks and strengthen protective factors.

Annual Salary: $75,000 - $95,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
