Construction Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Quality Manager to join our team at The Walsh Group. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our construction projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address quality issues.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement quality control plans.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement.
- Provide training and coaching to project staff on quality management principles and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, engineering, quality assurance).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction quality management or a related field.
- Industry certifications (e.g., USACE/NAVFAC/NRC Construction Quality Management) are a plus.
