About the Role
SRCTec, LLC is actively looking for a temporary Electronics Assembly Technician to carry out circuit card secondary operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute soldering and assembly tasks manually.
- Complete the assembly of intricate electrical and mechanical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings, and follow assembly instructions or specification documents.
- Utilize basic computer skills to access and understand work instructions and procedures.
- Adapt quickly to changing job assignments and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or an associate's degree in a technical field preferred with no prior experience.
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain productive working relationships.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Self-motivated and capable of working collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in using hand tools and battery-operated tools.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Prior experience with Class 1 Soldering is required.
- J-STD-001 Solder Certification is preferred.
- Experience with SMT Rework and Board Heaters is advantageous.
Security Clearance
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory. Selected applicants will undergo background verification and drug screening.
