Key Responsibilities- Organize and manage health information data to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and security
- Implement electronic health record systems and ensure compliance with regulations
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for health information collection, analysis, and dissemination
- Train staff on proper documentation practices and health information systems
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient care and outcomes through effective health information management
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field
- Certification as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in health information management
- Knowledge of electronic health record systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
