Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement robust manufacturing plans to meet customer demands and company objectives.
- Lead the operations team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, throughput, on-time delivery, cost, and inventory.
- Ensure effective management of materials, including purchasing, delivery, storage, and inventory control.
- Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to drive New Product Development initiatives.
- Implement cost reduction strategies through productivity gains and sourcing improvements.
- Manage compliance with company standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Provide leadership and coaching to employees to develop their skills and advance their careers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of operations experience in a manufacturing environment, including full supervision of a multi-shift team.
- Proven track record of improving operational performance and achieving business results.
- Experience in a complex, equipment assembly facility is a plus.
