Job Title: School-Based Therapist

Job Summary:

The School-Based Therapist will provide comprehensive school-based behavioral health services, working closely with students, families, and school staff to create a supportive and therapeutic environment. This role is a crucial part of our team, dedicated to empowering individuals and families through innovative mental health and social services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-person school-based behavioral health services, following the Public Health Model.
  • Conduct prevention and early intervention activities, including workshops for teachers and parents, classroom delivery of evidence-based curriculums, and small group sessions.
  • Deliver Tier II supports to targeted groups of students, families, and school staff.
  • Meet with students according to their treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in social work or counseling.
  • License: LGSW/LGPC.
  • Preferred: 1-3 years of experience in the provision of outpatient mental health services to youth and/or adults.
