Position Summary: The Tent Preparation Specialist is tasked with the upkeep and repair of tent tops and side walls. This position also involves the cleaning and maintenance of inventory within the Tent department to ensure that equipment is ready for client orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures while executing job functions.
- Arrive at work on scheduled days punctually.
- Dress appropriately in a manner that reflects the professionalism of the role.
- Maintain a moderate to high energy level throughout the workday.
- Participate in all required meetings as directed by management.
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and orderly.
- Prepare all necessary fabric for the upcoming week.
- Clean all fabric designated for outgoing orders.
- Repair minor holes or tears and segregate any tent tops that require significant repairs.
- Notify the supervisor of any damages identified.
- Carry out any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Physical Requirements:

- Must have clear speech and hearing capabilities, with or without reasonable accommodations.

- Must be able to lift items weighing up to 70 pounds.
