Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive scope of work documentation.
  • Gather and analyze cost and scheduling estimates.
  • Prepare funding proposals in collaboration with stakeholders and secure necessary approvals.
  • Generate Equipment Status Memorandums.
  • Coordinate with vendors, create Critical Path Schedules (CPS), and document meeting minutes and action items.
  • Oversee the execution of technical deliverables as part of a cross-functional Project Delivery Team.
  • Facilitate the development and review of sourcing plans using appropriate tools.
  • Maintain and track an issues list to ensure project continuity.
  • Generate and manage IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and reports.
  • Conduct project reviews with operational teams.
  • Initiate and manage change control processes as necessary.
  • Assist in the creation of purchase requisitions by preparing detailed scope of work documents.
  • Ensure all project-specific documentation is completed, including Operation & Maintenance Manuals and technical drawings.
  • Process vendor invoices and manage project capitalization and closures.

Essential Skills:
  • Proficient in planning, estimating, and scheduling.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Strong command of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Engineering Work Processes (EWP) and documentation requirements.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of Packing and Making Systems.
