Role Overview:

Our client is looking for a dedicated individual to become a part of their IT Support team during the implementation of M365, OneDrive, and SharePoint online across the organization. The selected candidate will be tasked with managing incoming calls and resolving user inquiries related to these platforms. Exceptional customer service skills are crucial, as the role requires responding promptly and effectively to user requests via telephone, email, and chat.

The candidate should be comfortable participating in regular team meetings to discuss prevalent user issues and strategize on proactive solutions to enhance the service desk's efficiency.

Compensation:

Hourly rate ranges from $25 to $30, contingent upon experience and qualifications.

Compensation may vary based on various factors, including expertise, background, and education.

Benefits will commence on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with options for HSA, FSA, and DCFSA accounts, as well as access to a 401k retirement plan with employer matching. Employees in this position are also eligible for paid sick leave and other forms of paid time off as mandated by applicable laws.
