Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patient needs and propose innovative solutions.
  • Analyze departmental function and productivity, recommending improvements as necessary.
  • Develop and implement teaching plans to address patient learning needs.

Required Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Active Registered Nurse license through the Washington State Department of Health.
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross).
Preferred Qualification:
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Registered Nurse.
Compensation: This role offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $28.03 to $54.95, based on factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution, subject to eligibility requirements.
