Overview & Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in designated process areas.
- Evaluate data submitted for Independent Medical Review.
- Perform comprehensive fact-finding and analysis on intricate cases.
- Monitor and adhere to deadlines for assigned responsibilities.
- Support leadership through thorough research and reporting.
- Interpret data in accordance with relevant state laws and regulations.
- Collaborate or work independently to address challenges.
- Deliver on-the-job training to team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Medicare Appeals and Systems.
Home Office Requirements:
- Reliable hardwired internet (ethernet) connection.
- Dedicated workspace with sufficient power supply.
- All necessary equipment will be provided by Maximus.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
