Your primary responsibilities will include assisting guests with their vehicles, managing parking operations, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.


Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist them with their vehicles.
  • Issue valet tickets and manage vehicle retrieval efficiently.
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles while ensuring a smooth flow of traffic.
  • Lead by example and uphold company policies and procedures.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints with professionalism.
  • Anticipate guest needs and strive to exceed their expectations.
  • Direct traffic in the parking area to ensure safety and order.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
  • Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
  • Possess a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong leadership and teaching abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to seek assistance when necessary.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age for insurance purposes.
  • Application must include a photocopy of your valid driver's license and a complete motor vehicle record (MVR).
  • A resume is required for consideration.

Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least one year of relevant experience is strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This position requires the ability to run, stand, walk, and sit for extended periods. Valet Attendants may need to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 30 lbs. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn throughout the shift. The role is primarily outdoors, and employees will be exposed to varying weather conditions.
