Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and support to patients and families during surgical procedures
  • Function as a primary scrub technician, assisting with technical responsibilities in assigned operative procedures
  • Ensure that all necessary instruments and supplies are present and in proper working condition
  • Provide labeled medications with correct doses on the sterile field and adhere to patient safety expectations
  • Participate in the quality improvement process and contribute to the development of OR standards, protocols, and policies
Requirements
  • Completion of a Certified Surgical Technologist Program
  • Certification or degree in Surgical Technology
  • 2 years of experience in a surgical setting

Benefits: $3000 sign-on bonus for 1+ years of external Surg Tech experience
