We are seeking a skilled Behavior Technician to join our team at I Am Boundless, Inc. As a Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health disorders to provide person-centered care and treatment services. Our team is dedicated to building a world that realizes the boundless potential of people, and we are looking for individuals who share our values of love, excellence, respect, empowerment, and well-being.
Responsibilities
As a Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for providing services to clients in their homes and communities, working with individuals and families to provide person-centered care and treatment services. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating with team members and supervisors as needed.
Requirements
To be successful as a Behavior Technician, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and be able to communicate in English. You will also need to have a valid Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance. Additionally, you will need to be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for individuals with a college degree in a related field, 3 years or more of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, and experience in ABA therapy. You will also need to have intermediate computer and tablet skills, professional telephone etiquette, and a caring and compassionate attitude. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a desire to help others, we encourage you to apply.
