Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Knowledgeable in point of sale systems and able to troubleshoot and train others on POS equipment
  • Maintains established quality assurance procedures to ensure acceptable health department and customer service standards
  • Responsible for CO2 ordering and maintenance, as well as inventory of deposits
  • Responsible for Soda BIB rotation and bulk ordering
  • Observes staff interactions with guests and reviews financial information to perform basic arithmetic
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year leadership experience
  • Excellent leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of wine and spirits, as well as point of sale systems
