About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Energy Efficiency Project Manager to join our team at Energy Infrastructure Partners LLC. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding building owners and property managers across New York City in achieving compliance with Local Law 97 and implementing meaningful energy efficiency improvements.

About the Job
  • Salary: $85,000-$110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications
  • Location: New York City (on-site work required)

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and energy solutions, with a passion for sustainability and environmental justice. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guiding participants through the process of accessing services and resources to meet their energy efficiency goals.
  2. Building relationships with diverse stakeholders, including building owners, contractors, and community partners, to drive impactful energy projects.
  3. Collaborating with internal teams to align outreach and engagement strategies with program objectives.
  4. Maintaining accurate records of participant interactions, outreach activities, and service delivery outcomes.
  5. Promoting the program and recruiting participants through workshops, webinars, and educational events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, environmental studies, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in account management, outreach coordination, or sales, preferably within the affordable housing sector or related industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
