About the Job

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Medical Mutual of Ohio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all stages of IT projects, including planning, implementing, and monitoring activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, including experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies. You will work closely with IT line managers and team members to develop appropriate methodology plans and activities.

Apart from your technical skills, you will also possess excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of success in managing complex projects.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description
  • Manage all stages of IT projects, including planning, implementing, and monitoring activities.
  • Work closely with IT line managers and team members to develop appropriate methodology plans and activities.
  • Provide all levels of project communications and resolve issues with project sponsors or product owners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing successful IT projects using formal methodology life cycles and software development methodologies.
  • Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner) preferred.
