Senior Acquisition Program Analyst Overview:

As a Senior Acquisition Program Analyst, you will collaborate with defense stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness, ensuring they have the necessary resources for mission success. Your role will be pivotal in bridging communication between our clients and government entities.
This position offers a chance to influence the defense acquisition landscape significantly. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) packages, including defining requirements, Statements of Objectives, and Statements of Work.
- Complete procurement request documentation and manage sensitive information securely.
- Provide expert guidance on statutory, regulatory, and policy updates that affect project outcomes.
- Foster and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to ensure alignment and consensus.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in DoD acquisition programs.
- Proficiency in creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation and presentations for senior leadership.
- Experience in developing Performance Work Statements (PWS) or Statements of Work (SOW).
- TS/SCI clearance.
- A Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
It would be advantageous to have:
- Experience with Navy acquisition Program Streamline Acquisition Plan (PSTRAP) preparation.
- Familiarity with DoD 5000 series policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF).
- Acquisition Professional Development Program Certification.
- PMP Certification.
Clearance Requirements:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
