Compensation

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with our organization, you can expect a highly competitive salary ranging from $69,000 to $101,200 per year, with unlimited earning potential.

Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with adult and/or child and adolescent populations, utilizing your expertise to provide comprehensive mental health services. You will be part of a hybrid work model, enjoying a balance of in-person and telehealth sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality mental health services to patients across the lifespan
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Missouri
  • Experience working with adults, children, and adolescents or across the lifespan
