Key Responsibilities:- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Resolve guest challenges and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Promote hotel services and amenities to guests, upselling products as needed.
- Assist guests with check-out payments or charges, accepting and recording various forms of payment.
- Balance and drop receipts according to accounting specifications.
- Provide guests with information about the facility, services, and amenities.
- Receive and respond to special requests from guests, escalating issues to the appropriate team members as needed.
- Promptly answer telephone and email inquiries, retrieving and forwarding messages to/from guests as required.
- Field and resolve guest complaints or escalate for resolution to the appropriate department.
- Assist guests in emergency situations.
- Maintain adequate supplies and functional equipment at the Front Desk.
- Perform any special assignments deemed by the GM, Guest Services manager, or Manager on Duty.
- Previous hospitality and catering experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Competitive hourly rate of $25.00.
