Position Overview:
As a vital member of the Acelis Connected Health team, you will deliver tailored, in-person training sessions to our home testing clients. Your focus will be on guiding customers through the process of obtaining finger stick blood samples, utilizing PT/INR devices, and understanding their reporting obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training appointments directly with customers or their caregivers.
- Travel to client residences within your designated area.
- Provide remote demonstrations and thorough instructions on the use and maintenance of PT/INR equipment.
- Clarify testing and reporting options to ensure customer understanding.
- Maintain a professional demeanor in all communications.
- Document and submit training records accurately.
- Stay connected with Acelis Connected Health through various communication channels.
- Utilize secure methods for handling sensitive patient information.
- Ensure reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:
- Clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Preferred experience in anticoagulation management, home care, or related health fields.
- Health education training experience is advantageous.
- Ability to lift no more than 15 pounds without assistance.
Competencies:
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Completion of required educational prerequisites.
- Proof of health screening documentation.
- Proficiency in computer and smart device applications.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for websites and applications.
- Willingness to travel a minimum of 100 miles roundtrip.
