Spiritual Care Professional

UW Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Chaplain to provide spiritual care services to patients and families. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in theological and clinical training, with the ability to communicate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer spiritual care services to patients and families, using theological and clinical training to help them cope with their experiences.
- Communicate patient spiritual needs to the healthcare team as appropriate.
- Support patients and families as they integrate medical treatment plans into their spiritual beliefs and work through challenging issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a CHEA-accredited institution.
- One unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master of Divinity degree or Master's level theological degree from a CHEA-accredited institution.
- Four units of CPE in a hospital setting.
