DIVERSE LYNX LLC is Seeking a Clinical Leadership Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team as a Clinical Leadership Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and developing programs to improve patient care and employee performance.

The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience in a supervisory role, with five of those years in a nurse supervisor position. A RN License, Patient Care skills, and education including an RN License, Primary Source Verification, and BSN are required. A Master's Degree is preferred.

As a Clinical Leadership Specialist, you will monitor performance for patient care, assess units with nurse managers, communicate and assist with any corrective action. You will also develop a record-keeping system to record medication errors/counselling.

This is a Monday-Friday, 8-4 schedule in the Bronx, NY 10467 area, with a pay range of $95-$100 per hour.
