What are the responsibilities of the IT Help Desk Specialist?
- Manage incoming help desk escalations, ensuring prompt resolution in accordance with company-defined service level agreements.
- Set up new employee accounts, configure necessary hardware, and oversee permissions through Active Directory.
- Provide daily support to end users, addressing their inquiries swiftly and resolving issues on-site whenever feasible.
- Assist with audio and video equipment and engage in special IT projects as required.
What qualifications are needed for an IT Help Desk Specialist?
- Minimum of one year of experience delivering ticket-based IT support in a Windows environment.
- Familiarity with Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
