About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to manage our food service program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality dining services are delivered to our clients and residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the food service program to meet food quality standards and safety guidelines
  • Maintain records of income and expenditures, food, supplies, personnel, and equipment
  • Provide training, quality control, and inservicing to staff to meet HCSG standards
  • Communicate effectively with client managers, building occupants, and administrators
  • Ensure the safe and proper mixing and use of cleaning solutions
Requirements
  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification
  • Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality
  • Specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition
  • Two years of experience in quantity food production/service, dining/nutrition, and personnel supervision
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to maintain records and complete reports
