Technical Operations Manager

To succeed in this role, you will need:
* An active secret clearance
* A minimum of two years of demonstrated experience with the AN/SLQ-32 V6 System
* Conceptual knowledge of U.S. Navy Combat Systems, Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) systems, and MEWSD-supported systems
* Experience working with Casualty Reports (CASREPs), reporting (such as Daily Activity Report Tracker (DART) and System Progression Activity (SPAT)), Distance Support in accordance with the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM), performing On Board Tech Assist (OBTA) in accordance with the JFMM, SOVT, PICO, CSATs, CSSQTs, Fiber Optic Training, OSHA 10-hour Maritime #7615 Shipyard Training, and ESD
* Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills
* Strong time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
* Ability to lift items that may weigh up to 50 pounds
* Travel Required ~25% travel required
