The Pharmacy Manager role at CVS Health is a critical position that plays a significant part in delivering our purpose and modeling our values. As a key member of the pharmacy team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the pharmacy, including patient safety, professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.

- Active Pharmacy License in the state where employed;
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List;
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization;
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree;
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $81,000 per year, depending on experience, education, and location. Additionally, CVS Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, employee stock purchase plan, and paid time off.
