We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Ground Picker to join our team at Wilmar LLC. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities- Fulfill customer orders by selecting and packing merchandise in a manner that meets company standards
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and rolling carts to efficiently move merchandise throughout the warehouse
- Assist in counting and verifying physical inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- 1 year of experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic English language skills, including reading, writing, and speaking
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
