Warehouse Picker

Wilmar LLC is seeking a skilled Warehouse Ground Picker to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Fulfill customer orders by selecting and packing products in a manner that meets company standards
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and rolling carts to efficiently move products throughout the warehouse
- Assist in counting physical inventory and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Wear personal protective equipment and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Communicate regularly with supervisors about department issues and demonstrate flexible and efficient time management
- One year of experience in a warehouse environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic English language skills to ensure safety, quality, and accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
